With this system, the windshield is cut out completely by one person. The system's bridge is attached to the inside of the windshield and the cutting wire is laid around the outside of the windshield edge. By moving the deflection pulley, the wire is always guided along the windshield at a favorable cutting angle and, in conjunction with the optional dashboard protection, this system enables the windshield to be removed without the often time-consuming removal of the interior trim panels.
